By enrolling in any course or using the services offered by Skills Elephant, you agree to abide by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Course Duration & Access
1.1 Course Duration:
- All courses offered by Skills Elephant are 4 months in duration.
- Students will have access to the course materials for the duration of the course.
1.2 Recordings Access:
- Some modules will have recorded sessions available.
- Access to these recordings will be provided according to the instructor’s discretion.
2. Payment & Refund Policy
2.1 Payment Terms:
- Students must pay the full course fee before gaining access to course materials.
- Installment (EMI) payment options are available. Students must adhere to the payment schedule.
2.2 Refund Policy:
- Skills Elephant does not offer any refunds once the course has started and access is granted.
- Students are advised to carefully review the course details before enrolling.
3. Certification & Attendance Policy
3.1 Certification Criteria:
- To receive a certificate, students must complete all required assignments and tests.
- Students must maintain a minimum of 95% attendance throughout the course.
3.2 Minimum Attendance Requirement:
- Attendance below 95% may lead to non-issuance of a certificate.
4. Student Conduct & Behavior
4.1 Behavior Expectations:
- Students are expected to maintain professional conduct during live classes, doubt sessions, and in any communication channels (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram).
- Skills Elephant reserves the right to cancel a student’s registration if they engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Course Materials:
- Students will be informed whether course materials can be downloaded.
- Students are not permitted to share, resell, or redistribute Skills Elephant’s content in any form.
6. Job Placement Assistance & Internships
6.1 Job Placement Assistance:
- Skills Elephant offers job placement assistance to students, including guidance and support in job search activities.
- However, job placement is not guaranteed.
6.2 Internships:
- Currently, Skills Elephant does not have any partnerships with companies for internships.
7. Privacy & Data Usage
7.1 Student Data:
- By enrolling in the course, students consent to the collection and use of their data for course-related communication.
- Skills Elephant may use student data for marketing purposes, including email, SMS, WhatsApp, or targeted ads.
8. Changes to Terms & Conditions
8.1 Policy Updates:
- These Terms and Conditions may be updated periodically. The most current version will always be available on our website.
